Full concurrent receipt. Presently Air Force and Navy personnel receive a disability rating 30% higher than Army or Marine personnel. There should be one standard whereby all military personnel receive compensation.

Senate bill 6644 which, “…prohibits DOD from giving General Personality Discharges to troops with PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injury.” These troops receive a ‘General Discharge’ and therefore are not even authorized VA care or benefits.
