To allow illegal aliens to violate our laws of National Sovereignty undermines respect for the law.

Illegal aliens cost us $338 billion dollars a year. The number of illegal aliens has increased 613% since 1996-1997 and 777% since 1992. Georgia has the 7th largest population of illegal aliens in the country. According to a 2004 edition of “Military Magazine” there are 800,000 illegal Chinese and 47,000 illegal N. Koreans in this country. That is a major National Security threat.  

Social Security needs 200,000 new immigrants a year to stay afloat. A guest worker program could be made easier through an immigration center in their own country whereby they could be assured they have a visa and a job once they get here. The time constraints and current procedures make it virtually impossible for this to happen in less than 2 years. Tomatoes and truck products cannot sit in the fields for 2 years.

We need to deport felons and secure the borders. Migrant workers must take an oath to obey US laws. They must learn to speak English. Our economy runs on English. There should be no credit cards or bank accounts for illegal aliens. Fines should be imposed for employers that knowingly hire illegal aliens.

I support:

·       HR 332 prohibiting illegal aliens from receiving Social

         Security.

·        HR 1490 which reverses automatic birthright to

         citizenship.

·        HR 3494, Clear Act which prohibits sanctuary cities.

·        HR 4088, the SAVE Act

·        HR 4160 prohibiting the issue of driver’s licenses to

         illegal aliens.
