Judges should be required to rule in accordance with strict interpretation of the US Constitution and Laws of Precedence of the United States, not interpretation of the laws of a foreign country. Judges that legislate from the bench should be impeached.

          The role of the federal government should be to provide intelligence and assistance to state and local government law enforcement.   The Homeland Security Act is a priority in the war on terror and we need to make it a priority to fund the first responders in this global fight.
